Win10 無法重新安裝 IE11？強制卸載後再啟用 Windows 功能解決

解決流程

1. 清空 C:\Windows\TEMP 目錄所有內容
2. 以管理員身分開啟命令提示字元
3. 執行強制卸載指令：

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"

4. 過程中可能出現錯誤提示，直接點選「確定」繼續，直到指令跑完
5. 重新開機，IE11 已被移除
6. 至「控制台」→「程式」→「開啟或關閉 Windows 功能」 → 勾選「Internet Explorer 11」 → 確定重新安裝
