Win7 能上網但網路圖示顯示「未連線」？重啟 Explorer 與 Routing 服務修復

網路實際正常，但任務列圖示顯示紅叉/未連線。主因是網路狀態指示器與 Routing and Remote Access 服務狀態不同步。

修復步驟

1. Win+R → services.msc → 找到 Routing and Remote Access → 「停止」。
2. Ctrl+Shift+Esc 開啟工作管理員 → 結束 explorer.exe 進程（桌面消失）。
3. 工作管理員 →「檔案」→「新增工作」→ 輸入 explorer → 確定（桌面重載）。
4. 網路圖示恢復正常。
5. 回 services.msc 將 Routing and Remote Access 設為「啟動」（或自動）。

此法無需重開機，秒級修復圖示異常。
