Windows 10 Office 2010 Word 選單列消失解決：停用 NtkoOfficeControl Helper 增益集

Windows 10 下 Office 2010 Word 僅剩「檔案」選單，其他選單消失，主因是 NtkoOfficeControl Helper 增益集衝突。停用即可恢復。

解決步驟

1. 點擊 Word 僅存的「檔案」選單 → 「選項」。
2. 「增益集」 → 「管理」下拉選「COM 增益集」 → 「執行」。
3. 取消勾選 NtkoOfficeControl Helper Addin → 確定。
4. 重新開啟 Word，選單列完整恢復。

此為第三方增益集相容性問題，停用後不影響 Word 核心功能。
