XP系統 EXE 檔案關聯損壞無法開啟？製作註冊表修復檔一鍵恢復

XP 系統中若 .exe 執行檔無法開啟、或點擊後詢問「用什麼程式開啟」，通常是登錄檔中 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe 與 exefile 關聯鍵值遺失或損壞。本文教你製作 .reg 修復檔，匯入登錄檔即可恢復預設關聯。

製作修復註冊表檔

1. 桌面右鍵 → 「新增」 → 「文字文件」，命名為 fix_exe.reg。
2. 用記事本開啟，貼入以下完整登錄檔內容：

3. 儲存檔案（編碼選 ANSI）。
4. 雙擊 fix_exe.reg，確認匯入登錄檔。
5. 重新開機或重新啟動 explorer.exe 即可生效。
