Win8開始按鈕右鍵選單無法開啟？REG修復IsShortcut值 + BAT刷新圖示快取

去除捷徑小箭頭導致Win8開始按鈕右鍵選單失效。兩步修復：

步驟一：REG恢復IsShortcut鍵值

1. 記事本貼上：

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile]
"IsShortcut"=""
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile]
"IsShortcut"=""

2. 存為 fix.reg > 雙擊匯入 > 登出/重啟，右鍵選單恢復（但小箭頭回來）。

步驟二：BAT隱藏小箭頭並刷新快取

1. 記事本貼上：

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons" /v 29 /d "%systemroot%\system32\imageres.dll,197" /t reg_sz /f

2. 存為 hide_arrow.bat > 以管理員身分執行，小箭頭隱藏且右鍵選單正常。

原理：用透明圖示替代系統小箭頭圖示(索引29)，並清除圖示快取。
