Win7 無法啟動 Windows 安全中心？Security Center 服務與依賴服務修復

Win7 系統盤面顯示「Windows 安全中心服務未啟動」/「無法啟動 Windows 安全中心」，防毒/防火牆/更新狀態無法監控。核心為 Security Center 服務及其依賴服務 (RPC、WMI) 異常。

服務修復標準流程

1. Win+R → services.msc 開啟服務管理器。
2. 依序檢查並確保以下服務 **啟動類型 = 自動、狀態 = 執行中**：
   1. Remote Procedure Call (RPC) (RemoteProcedureCall) - 核心依賴，通常不可停。
   2. Windows Management Instrumentation (Winmgmt) - WMI 核心。
   3. Security Center (wscsvc) - 安全中心主服務。
3. 若服務啟動失敗 (錯誤 1053/1068/1722)：
   1. 檢查事件檢視器 (eventvwr.msc) → Windows 記錄 → 系統 → 來源 Service Control Manager，查看具體錯誤。
   2. 嘗試重新註冊 WMI 儲存庫：管理員 CMD → winmgmt /resetrepository → 重開機。
   3. 檢查 C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository 是否損壞，可從健康系統複製替換 (需 PE/安全模式)。
