Windows 7 關閉更新後自動重開機：本地群組原則一鍵設定

Windows Update 強制重開機極度干擾作業，可透過本地群組原則禁止：

1. Win+R → gpedit.msc 開啟本地群組原則編輯器。
2. 依序展開：電腦設定 → 系統管理範本 → Windows 元件 → Windows Update。
3. 右側雙擊「排程的自動更新安裝期間，已登入使用者不自動重新啟動」（No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations）。
4. 改為「已啟用」→ 確定 → 關閉編輯器。

設定完成後，更新安裝完成將不再自動重開機，改為提示使用者自行決定重開機時機，極大提升使用體驗。
