現象

Win8 突然無法拖曳檔案，重裝滑鼠驅動、改設定均無效。

解決辦法

  1. 立即切換到桌面，連按兩下 ESC 鍵，拖曳功能即恢復。
  2. 若無效，重新開機 系統。

網友回報此為已知 Bug，上述兩法多數有效。
