製作 Windows 8.1 Update 版 WinPE 5.1 微系統完整教學

WinPE (Windows Preinstallation Environment) 是輕量級部署/維護環境。本文教導如何整合 Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355 等) 至 WinPE 5.0，升級為支援 WIMBoot 等新特性的 WinPE 5.1，並封裝為 ISO 或 USB 開機媒體。

前置準備

• Windows 8.1 Update 更新套件 (.msu 檔)：KB2919442、KB2919355、KB2932046 等。
• Windows ADK (Assessment and Deployment Kit) —— 僅需勾選「部署工具」與「Windows 預安裝環境」。

製作流程概覽

1. 安裝 ADK，啟動「部署和映像工具環境」(管理員權限)。
2. 建立工作資料夾，例如 C:\MSU 放置更新套件，C:\WinPE_amd64 作為輸出目錄。
3. 提取基礎 WinPE 5.0：
   copype amd64 C:\WinPE_amd64
4. 掛載映像：
   Dism /Mount-Image /ImageFile:"C:\WinPE_amd64\media\sources\boot.wim" /index:1 /MountDir:"C:\WinPE_amd64\mount"
5. 依序整合更新套件（範例為 64 位元）：
   Dism /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\MSU\Windows8.1-KB2919442-x64.msu /Image:C:\WinPE_amd64\mount /LogPath:AddPackage.log
Dism /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\MSU\Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.msu /Image:C:\WinPE_amd64\mount /LogPath:AddPackage.log
Dism /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\MSU\Windows8.1-KB2932046-x64.msu /Image:C:\WinPE_amd64\mount /LogPath:AddPackage.log
6. 優化映像：
   Dism /image:C:\WinPE_amd64\mount /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
7. 卸載並認可：
   Dism /Unmount-Image /MountDir:"C:\WinPE_amd64\mount" /commit
8. 匯出壓縮映像：
   Dism /Export-Image /SourceImageFile:C:\WinPE_amd64\media\sources\boot.wim /SourceIndex:1 /DestinationImageFile:C:\WinPE_amd64\media\sources\boot2.wim
9. 替換舊映像：
   del C:\WinPE_amd64\media\sources\boot.wim && ren C:\WinPE_amd64\media\sources\boot2.wim boot.wim
10. 產生 ISO：
    MakeWinPEMedia /ISO C:\WinPE_amd64 C:\WinPE_amd64\WinPE_amd64.iso
11. (選擇性) 製作 USB 開機碟：使用「魔方 USB 開機大師」等工具一鍵燒錄。
