解決方案

  1. 重新啟動電腦。
  2. 按 Ctrl+Alt+Delete 打開任務管理器。
  3. 在「服務」標籤找到 WMPNetworkSvc，右鍵選擇「停止」。
    停止 WMPNetworkSvc 服務
  4. 重新安裝剛才失敗的軟件。
