Win7 Windows Update 無法檢查更新？重建 SoftwareDistribution 資料夾一鍵修復

點擊「檢查更新」出現「服務未執行」錯誤，但 services.msc 中 wuauserv (Windows Update) 顯示已啟動。主因通常是 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution 資料夾損毀或被誤刪（如磁碟清理時）。

修復指令（以管理員身分執行 CMD）

net stop wuauserv
cd %windir%
ren SoftwareDistribution SDold
net start wuauserv

執行完成後直接開啟 Windows Update 檢查更新，無需重開機。系統會自動重建乾淨的 SoftwareDistribution 資料夾並下載更新目錄。

原理說明

SoftwareDistribution 儲存更新下載快取與中繼資料。重命名舊資料夾強制服務重建，可解決資料庫損毀、下載卡住、錯誤代碼 0x80070002/0x80244022 等常見問題。

預防建議：磁碟清理時勿勾選「Windows 更新清理」（除非確認不需回溯），或使用 Dism++ 等進階工具精準清理。
