解決 Windows 7 關閉 UAC 後 Sidebar 側邊欄無法運作

關閉 UAC 後，Windows Sidebar 會提示「您的側邊欄由系統管理員管理」而無法啟動。修復方法：

1. 執行 regedit
2. 定位至：
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Sidebar\Settings
3. 雙擊 AllowElevatedProcess，將數值設為 1
4. 登出或重新開機

此問題從 Vista 繼承至 Windows 7，修改註冊表即可讓 Sidebar 在 UAC 關閉環境下正常運作。
