Win10 個人化設定最小化後無法彈出？PowerShell 重新註冊 Windows Store 及 SystemApps 修復介面掛住

Windows 10 個人化設定 (顏色/背景) 最小化到工作列後無法還原/彈出 (假死)，需以 PowerShell 重新註冊系統應用修復。

修復指令 (系統管理員 PowerShell)

1. 工作管理員 → 「檔案」→ 「執行新工作」→ 勾選「以系統管理員身分建立」→ 輸入 PowerShell。
2. 依序執行以下兩行指令 (第二行需按 Enter)：
   

   $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml'
   Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | ForEach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register ($_.InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml')}

3. 關閉 PowerShell → 重新開機。

此為系統 UWP 應用註冊異常導致設定介面掛住，重新註冊即可修復。
