Win10 呼叫 Win7/8.1 傳統「個人化」設定：透過登錄新增右鍵選單快速存取

Win10 新版「設定」App 個人化功能尚不完善，傳統控制台介面仍保留。透過匯入登錄檔，可在桌面右鍵選單新增「個人化設定」子選單，快速存取桌布、色彩、音效、螢幕保護、圖示等傳統設定頁。
