Win 10 個人化設定後工作列最小化無法彈出？PowerShell 重註冊系統 App 修復

工作列最小化後滑鼠指向無法彈出，PowerShell 修復步驟：

1. 開啟「工作管理員」(Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → 「檔案」→「執行新工作」。
2. 勾選「使用系統管理員權限建立此工作」 → 輸入 PowerShell。
3. 依序執行兩條指令 (第二條需按 Enter)：

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + 'AppxManifest.xml'; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"}

4. 關閉 PowerShell → 重開機即可修復。

此法重新註冊 Windows Store 及所有系統 App，解決工作列、開始選單異常。
