IE 無法開啟新視窗、點連結無反應？系統核心元件註冊資訊損毀，用批次檔重新註冊 %windir%\system32 下所有 .dll、.ocx 修復。

修復步驟

1. 開始 → 程式集 → 附屬應用程式 → 記事本。
2. 貼上以下內容：
   For %%i in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) Do regsvr32.exe /s %%i
For %%i in (%windir%\system32\*.ocx) Do regsvr32.exe /s %%i
3. 另存為「所有檔案」，檔名 fix_ie.bat。
4. 以系統管理員身分執行該批次檔，靜默註冊所有元件（/s 參數抑制彈窗）。
5. 完成後重開機測試 IE。

此法相當於執行 sfc /scannow 的輕量替代方案，專門修復 IE 依賴的系统元件註冊，耗時數分鐘，成功率極高。
