事件 ID 2004：PerfNet 無法開啟伺服器服務，效能計數器錯誤修復

錯誤描述

事件檢視器中記錄來源 PerfNet，事件 ID 2004：「無法開啟伺服器服務。伺服器效能資料將不會被傳回。錯誤碼為 DWORD 0。」開機時彈出錯誤對話框，影響使用體驗。

解決方法：註冊表禁用 PerfNet 效能計數器

1. 開啟註冊表編輯器 (regedit)。
2. 導航至：
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfNet\Performance
3. 右鍵新建 DWORD (32 位) 值，名稱：Disable Performance Counters。
4. 設定數值為 1。
5. 重新啟動伺服器。

重啟後事件檢視器不再出現 2004 錯誤，開機無彈窗干擾。
