Windows XP 無法進入安全模式？註冊表修復 SafeBoot 鍵值完整教學

問題現象

開機狂按 F8 無法進入安全模式，通常因病毒或優化工具竄改註冊表 SafeBoot 相關鍵值。

修復方法一：匯入註冊表檔 (標準修復)

1. 將下列完整內容複製到記事本，存為 safeboot_winxp.reg (編碼 ANSI/UTF-16 LE)
2. 雙擊執行 → 是 → 重開機

修復方法二：若註冊表編輯被禁用 (群組原則)

1. 正常模式下 gpedit.msc → 使用者設定 → 系統管理範本 → 系統 → 「阻止存取登錄編輯工具」 → 設為「已停用」
2. 套用 → 確定 → 再執行 safeboot_winxp.reg
