解決 Windows XP 執行 Windows Update/Microsoft Update 報錯或當機 (KB927891)

Windows XP 使用 Windows Update 或 Microsoft Update 檢查更新時，出現以下症狀：

• 症狀 1： 執行 Windows Update 的 Svchost.exe 進程停止回應，CPU 佔用率飆高。
• 症狀 2： 收到存取衝突錯誤，導致 Server 服務 與 Workstation 服務 停止。錯誤訊息：
  "0x745f2780" 指令參考的 "0x00000070" 記憶體。記憶體無法為 "read"。

根本原因

此為 Windows XP 更新元件已知缺陷，微軟已發布修補程式 KB927891 解決此問題。

解決方案

1. 下載並安裝 KB927891 修補程式包。
2. 重新開機後再執行 Windows Update/Microsoft Update。
