Win10 9926 啟用 IE11 內建 Spartan Edge 引擎步驟：about:flags 設定實驗性平台功能

Win10 9926 中 IE11 可開啟 Spartan Edge 渲染引擎：

1. 開啟 IE11。
2. 網址列輸入 about:flags (英文冒號)。
3. 將「Experimental Web Platform Features」設為 Enabled。
4. 重啟 IE11。

若渲染不穩定，可改設為 Disabled 回退舊引擎。此功能參考 AnandTech 報告，屬開發者預覽用途。
