Win 10 更新補丁失敗出現「無法更新，正在復原」？清除 SoftwareDistribution 快取解決

Win 10 安裝更新失敗反覆重開機顯示「無法更新，正在復原」。解決方法：先確認 Windows Update、BITS 等服務啟用，再清除更新快取資料夾。

服務檢查

執行 services.msc，確認下列服務啟動類型為「自動」或「手動」且狀態為「執行中」：

• Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
• Windows Installer
• Cryptographic Services
• Software Licensing Service
• Windows Update

清除更新快取

1. 以管理員身分開啟「命令提示字元」。
2. 輸入 net stop wuauserv 停止更新服務。
3. 輸入 %windir%\SoftwareDistribution 開啟資料夾，刪除 Download 與 DataStore 內所有檔案。
4. 輸入 net start wuauserv 重新啟動更新服務。
5. 在 Windows Update 再次檢查更新。
