Windows 8.1 RTM 刪除虛擬智慧卡帳戶：PowerShell 批次腳本

需清除 TPM 虛擬智慧卡讀卡機與憑證時，可使用以下批次指令碼 deleteVSC.cmd 一鍵完成：
