Win7 硬體加速開啟/關閉：.bat 一鍵切換 DirectDraw 加速

播放高畫質影片時啟用硬體加速可減輕 CPU 負擔，但會加速顯卡老化。提供兩支批次檔，一鍵切換 DirectDraw 硬體加速狀態。

關閉硬體加速（啟用 DirectDraw 繞過模式）

建立 Disable_HWA.bat，內容：

使用方式： 以系統管理員身分執行對應 .bat，完成後重新登入或重開機生效。

提醒： 非必要情況（如舊顯卡跑高畫質影片）建議保持關閉，延長硬體壽命。
