Windows 7 超級工作列無法釘選圖示？匯入注冊表恢復 lnkfile/piffile IsShortcut 值

現象：拖曳程式至工作列無法釘選/鎖定

修復：匯入以下注冊表內容並重啟

恢復捷徑與 MS-DOS 程式捷徑的 IsShortcut 字串值，重啟後工作列釘選功能恢復正常。
