解決步驟

1. 確認檔案存在：
   • Windows Server 2003: C:\Windows\System32\easymail.dll
   • Windows 2000: C:\Winnt\System32\easymail.dll
2. 以管理員身分執行命令提示字元
3. 註冊元件：

   regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\easymail.dll

   成功會彈出「DllRegisterServer in easymail.dll succeeded.」

4. 重啟 IIS：iisreset 或回收應用程式集區
5. 重新測試網頁，錯誤消失
