Windows XP BITS 服務消失/錯誤完整修復指南：7 步驟從註冊檔到 SFC 系統檔修復

Windows Update 依賴 BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) 背景智慧傳輸服務。BITS 遺失會導致更新失敗、事件日誌出現「系統找不到指定檔案」。7 步驟循序漸進修復，從註冊檔重建到系統檔修復。

修復步驟（每步完成重開機測試，成功即停止）

1. 重新註冊 qmgr.inf：
   Win+R → %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\qmgr.inf（需 XP 安裝光碟）。
2. 修正 BITS 服務 DLL 路徑：
   reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BITS\Parameters /v ServiceDll /t REG_EXPAND_SZ /d %windir%\System32\qmgr.dll
3. 修正備份還原排除清單：
   reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup（補全預設值）。
4. 重新註冊核心 DLL：
   依序執行：
   regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 msxml.dll (或 msxml3.dll/msxml6.dll)
   regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
5. 刪除 BITS 下載快取目錄：
   刪除 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader。
6. 系統檔案檢查器完整掃描：
   sfc /scannow（需 XP 安裝光碟）。

驗證修復成功

• services.msc → 找到 Background Intelligent Transfer Service → 狀態「已啟動」，啟動類型「手動」或「自動」。
• 執行 Windows Update 掃描/下載/安裝無錯誤。
• 事件檢視器系統日誌無 BITS 相關錯誤。

預防建議

• 不隨意停用/刪除系統服務。
• 使用「服務」管理工具而非第三方優化軟體單方面關閉服務。
• 定期 sfc /scannow 維護系統檔完整性。

BITS 是 Windows Update 的命脈，修復流程由淺入深：註冊檔 → 服務路徑 → 核心 DLL → 快取目錄 → 系統檔掃描。耐心逐步執行，多數在第 1-3 步即可修復。
