Win7 安裝驅動程式出現「找不到指定模組」/「XXX.dll 遺失」？從 WinSxS 複製缺失 DLL 到 System32

問題現象

安裝驅動程式/軟體時彈出錯誤：「找不到指定模組」或「XXX.dll 檔案遺失」。

原因

應用程式優先從自身目錄尋找 DLL，找不到再找 C:\Windows\System32。若 System32 也缺少，則報錯。Windows 7 將大量系統 DLL 儲存在 C:\Windows\WinSxS (元件存放區)，相容性良好時所需 DLL 多在其中。

解決步驟

1. 管理員 CMD：Win+R → cmd → Ctrl+Shift+Enter。
2. 輸入 cd /d C:\Windows\System32 (確保在 System32 目錄)。
3. 搜尋缺失 DLL：dir 缺失檔名.dll /s (例：dir aeevts.dll /s)。
4. 輸出會列出所有路徑，找 C:\Windows\WinSxS\... 路徑。
5. 複製該 DLL 到 C:\Windows\System32：
   copy "C:\Windows\WinSxS\完整路徑\缺失檔名.dll" "C:\Windows\System32\"
6. 重新安裝驅動程式/軟體。

注意事項

• 僅複製缺失的特定 DLL，勿大量複製 WinSxS 內容 (會導致系統不穩定)。
• 若 WinSxS 也找不到，嘗試從同版本 Windows 安裝光碟 install.wim 解壓、或官方下載對應 KB 更新包提取。
• 64 位元系統中 32 位元程式需 DLL 放在 C:\Windows\SysWOW64。
• 安裝驅動前建議先更新 Windows Update、安裝最新 Service Pack、Visual C++ Redistributable 套件。
