Win7 Windows Update 錯誤 80246007：啟用 BITS 服務解決

Windows 7 更新失敗顯示錯誤碼 80246007，主因為 Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS，後台智慧傳輸服務) 未啟動。BITS 負責更新檔案的背景下載傳輸。

1. 控制台 → 「系統管理工具」→ 「服務」

2. 找到 Background Intelligent Transfer Service
3. 雙擊開啟內容：

• 啟動類型：自動 (延遲啟動)
• 服務狀態：啟動 (若未執行)

3. 點擊「套用」→「確定」
4. 重新執行 Windows Update
