Ubuntu Vim 打造 Source Insight 體驗：ctags + cscope 完整安裝與配置指南

多專案管理策略

• 各專案獨立建立 tags、cscope.out。
• 在 ~/.vimrc 用 set tags+=/proj1/tags 疊加，或依賴 gutentags 自動偵測專案根目錄（含 .git、compile_commands.json、CMakeLists.txt 等標記）。
• 切換專案時，:cs reset 清除舊資料庫，再 :cs add /new/proj/cscope.out。
