清理Windows縮圖快取釋放磁碟空間（XP至Vista/7/10通用）

Windows為加速資料夾縮圖顯示，會自動產生快取檔案。XP時代為各資料夾下的Thumbs.db；Vista/7/8/10則集中儲存於%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\thumbcache_*.db。長期累積可達數百MB甚至GB，定期清理可釋放空間並修復縮圖顯示異常。

快取位置與清理方式

Windows XP

• 位置：各圖片資料夾下的Thumbs.db（隱藏系統檔）。
• 關閉快取：「資料夾選項」→「檢視」→勾選「不緩存縮圖」。
• 手動刪除：啟用「顯示隱藏檔案」後，搜尋Thumbs.db全選刪除。

Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / 11

• 位置：%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\（如C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\）。
• 檔案名：thumbcache_32.db、thumbcache_96.db、thumbcache_256.db、thumbcache_1024.db、thumbcache_sr.db（系統縮圖）、thumbcache_idx.db（索引）。
• 刪除步驟：
  1. 關閉所有資源管理器視窗。
  2. 以系統管理員開啟命令提示字元，執行taskkill /f /im explorer.exe。
  3. 刪除上述目錄下所有thumbcache_*.db檔案。
  4. 執行explorer.exe重新啟動殼層。
• 或使用「磁碟清理」→ 勾選「縮圖」→ 確定。

自動化建議

• 建立排程工作，每月執行一次清理指令。
• 使用CCleaner、BleachBit等工具納入常規清理項目。

定期清理縮圖快取，不僅能回收寶貴磁碟空間，還能解決縮圖不更新、顯示錯誤圖示等常見問題。
