Windows 7 快速啟動效能監視器：Win+R 輸入 perfmon 秒開

Windows 7 內建效能監視器 (perfmon.msc) 功能強大，可即時監控 CPU、記憶體、磁碟、網路等計數器，並支援資料收集器集合記錄長期趨勢。

最快啟動方式

1. Win + R 開啟「執行」。
2. 輸入 perfmon 或 perfmon.msc 按 Enter。

介面左側「監視工具」→「效能監視器」即為即時圖表；右側可加入計數器（如 Processor\% Processor Time、Memory\Available MBytes、PhysicalDisk\% Disk Time）。「資料收集器集合」可建立排程記錄輸出 CSV/報表，適合效能調校與問題診斷。
